I have been at The Cruise Specialists since 2007 having previously worked for Thomas Cook. I am very fortunate to work in a job I love. It is great to hear how excited my clients are when they book their cruise. Cruising is the best way to see the world. Get on board, unpack once and visit all the fascinating countries. My favourite cruise was to China. To stand on The Great Wall was amazing. It is a fascinating country with such friendly people. My second favourite was Alaska. It wasn’t as cold as I expected. It was great to see the wildlife in their natural habitat from whales, eagles and many more.

We have booked our all our cruises and land holidays with the Cruise Specialist for a number of years. I have to say we have NEVER been disappointed. They really do deliver. They are quick to respond and the knowledge, efficiency, politeness and willingness to get the best possible price is second to none. A special mention to our consultant Aileen Robertson is paramount. She is always ready with a friendly chat and over the years I like to think we have become friends. She too was the only one to sort out our completed cancelled covid cruises efficiently and organised all our refunds. Our Consultant was Aileen Munro/Robertson. She provided us with a really good deal for the whole cruise and holiday experience. She was always available via email to answer any questions or deal with any issues. She always responded very quickly and always resolved our question. Even when we see on the actual holiday. She was always very trustworthy, polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of everything she booked was first rate. I would definitely use the company and Aileen again. A great experience from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about anything.

I wanted to make sure that all my questions were answered via email before making a decision, as in the past I opted for telephone and kept being given information I did not want. However, this experience has been the best where Aileen Munro/Robertson answered all my questions and offered suggestions which has led to my 60th birthday being the best I could ever wish for. That's when I called Aileen and told her that I would go ahead with the booking as she covered everything.
