A timeless, classically designed cruise ship, Braemar features stylish, intimately-sized yet spacious public areas comfortable accommodation, an impressive five deck-high atrium and cascading decks at the rear of the ship.  Braemar passengers tend to be 50+ and Mainly British. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 26.2 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2.3 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 22.6 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 2.7 passengers.

DRESS CODE
Casual wear is perfectly acceptable for days spent relaxing on board. T-shirts, shorts & dresses are ideal for cruising in warmer regions, while lightweight trousers, sweaters & jackets for cooler. Bathing suits/swimming shorts for pools & Jacuzzis.
TIPPING
Tipping is entirely at the discretion of Fred. Olsen guests, so gratuities are not included in the cruise price. Guest can opt to have gratuities and generally gratuities are charged at £4.00 per person, per night, although guests can adjust the amount.

Wheelchair access is acceptable. There are two outside and two inside cabins for wheelchair passengers but overall the facilities for disabled passengers are few. Going ashore at tender ports is not possible for passengers who cannot manage stairs.
