Crystal Symphony is a modern ship with everything for the discerning cruise passenger. A $20m refurb in 2014 added to the contemporary & sumptous environment. Range of public rooms is excellent as is the décor. Service is friendly & highly professional.  Crystal Symphony passengers tend to be Wealthy, 50+ and Mainly American. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 53.2 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 1.8 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 50.5 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 1.9 passengers.

Suites are large and luxurious. Other cabins are very comfortable but tight on space and storage for this class of ship. All are well equipped with VCR , fridge, safe, and over 50 % have a balcony. Bathrooms are compact but do have a bathtub.

Casual and comfortable during the day. Evenings range from smart casual (shirt & trousers) to informal (jacket and tie for gentlemen and casual elegance for ladies). Formal evenings require a suit or dinner jacket for men and a cocktail dress for ladies.
Basic gratuities are included in your fare for cabin and restaurant staff. Allow a $6 tip per passenger for each dinner at the speciality restaurant and 15% on all beauty treatments. 15% is automatically added to all drinks.
